Jørn has 10 years experience in shrimp and fishing industry in his hometown Vadsø. From 1985 he has been involved in reception and production of fish and shrimp at Aarsæther, Vadsø Reke og Fiskeindustri and Domstein AS.
Having management experience since 1990, Jørn is voting for engaging people and positive leadership, focused on achieving good results through interaction and involving.

Roman comes from Moscow, Russia. Having biological background, 6 years he worked as a research scientist, focused on crustaceans reproduction and aquaculture. From 2013, Roman heads all R&D activities in our company. He is also responsible for the development of our infrastructure and IT solutions. In his job with us, Roman also works on his PhD on handling, storing and shipment of live King Crabs.

Arnkjell has worked in and gained much experience from fish farming and fisheries. Arnkjell was a central person in the Norwegian pilot programme to start cod farming, and has until he started with King Crabs worked in the production of salmon smolt. As a result, he has the right background for handling, storing and shiping live King Crabs. Arnkjell is also a shareholder in Norway King Crab Trollbukt.

Maria comes from Estonia, she is Russian. In Estonia she worked as a warehouse employee and manager in a logistical company for many years. She moved to Norway in 2012 and worked as an expedition specialist in the warehouse.
In 2019, Maria started at Norway King Crab. She has worked her way up from crab tender to production manager at Norway King Crab Hub. Maria is always cheerful and positive, and easy to communicate with. As a person, she is conscientious and precise.
