Arne Ingebrigtsen comes from a small fishing village in West Finnmark called Tufjord. He has been a fisherman for many years and has now received a crab quota and fishes with his “TIN” which is 31 feet long. Once upon a time he experienced a whale near his boat. Arne were gutting fish. The whale cared well off the heads and beat off the fish, and thanked for a good lunch he was served by Arne. He is engaged in politics and likes to have a good debate on societal development in Northern Norway.
