Povilas Mencinskas
Povilas Mencinskas comes from Lithuania. He came to Norway in 2015. He is a newly established fisherman and fishes with his 24-feet “INESA”. He has a home harbor in Vardø. There he has established himself with his family. He likes the fishing industry and plans to invest in larger boats in a couple of years. In his spare time, he do hunting and fishing.
