Torbjørn has long and extensive business practice, including more than 20 years of experience from Norwegian and international seafood industry as a lawyer, adviser, board member and owner. He has previously been a corporate lawyer in the bank, partner in two of Norway's largest law firms, and currently manages his own business with main emphasis in aquaculture, industry and consulting in Norway and abroad.

Trond Yngve Haukanes has had a number of positions in Norwegian and Northern Norwegian businesses. Especially within the maritime sector with a background in fisheries and Marketing Director for Kvaerner KIMEK. For many years, Trond has also headed Sør-Varanger Invest and had a number of board assignments. From 2013, Trond has headed North Norway's Brussels Office on behalf of the three counties Nordland, Troms and Finnmark.

Helge Myrset has an impressing founder history with Seashell AS (Ltd), Norway’s and maybe the world’s leading company dealing with diver caught, live scallops. Helge has built and developed both catch methods, technology and not least the market. He has also been involved in activities with live Norway lobster, brown crabs and fish plants. Helge has an education in international marketing of seafood through the competence courses at Innovation Norway and the Norwegian School of Economics.
